Welcome to Dive Shack!
We are an SSI Dive Center offering half day trips by traditional longtail boat to the local dive sites as well as full day trips on the bigger dive boats to some of the best dive sites Thailand has to offer.
New to diving?
If you have never dived before we would love to teach you and show you the beautiful underwater world.
We offer try scuba diving from the beach or boat where you will learn the basics from our experienced instructors or if you are looking to become certified, in only 3 days you can achieve the SSI open water certification which is recognised worldwide and lasts a lifetime
dAILY DIVE TRIPS
Half and full day trips
If you're a certified diver and looking to do some fun dives you have alot of options.
Half Day Trips - 1st November - 30th April
We have the local dive site of Koh Weao only 20 minutes away by longtail boat so we offer a daily half day trip with 2 dives.
Koh Waeo is an easy dive site suitable for all levels of diver with lots of reef fish to see. The visibility can vary from 5m - 20m
Full Day Trips
These trips depart from Chalong Pier on the bigger dive boats to some great locations.
Racha Yai is a beautiful spot with normally clear waters and is fantastic for beginners.
Phi Phi is one of our favourites with the stunning limestone cliffs and variety of marine life. Big schools of snappers, stingrays in the sand and the chance for turtles and black tip reef sharks
Then we have the more challenging dive sites of Sharkpoint, Anemone reef and King cruiser wreck. Lots of marine life, colorful soft corals but there can be stronger currents so not great for beginner divers.
The King cruiser wreck starts at a depth of 16 meters and the bottom is approx 30 meters so best for advanced divers.
