In just 20 minutes by longtail boat from Bang Tao beach, we reach Koh Waeo. Our local dive sites are suitable for all levels of diver and are great locations when you are just looking for easy scuba diving. Lots of reef fish to see and average depth of 10 - 12 meters. Visibility can vary from 5m to 20m+

The Tin Lizzy is an old tin mining platform that lies at 12m to 14m depth and takes just 10 minutes to get to by longtail boat from BangTao Beach. We often see many lionfish, schools of snapper and small barracuda and keep an eye out for stonefish and nudibranch

Night Dives offer a whole new perspective on the underwater world. As the sunlight fades the sea comes alive in a different way. The colours, the sounds and the behaviour of marine life take on a magical quality unlike anything experienced during the day.

If you are looking for a full day trip there are some great dive sites to visit. These trips depart from Chalong Pier on the bigger dive boats. Equipment rental, breakfast, lunch, tea, coffee and water are included.
Round trip transfers to meet the boat in Chalong are 1400 Baht from BangTao, Surin and Laguna Hotels. This fee is split with divers eg. 2 x 700 Baht pp 4 x 350 Baht pp
Phi Phi is a personal favourite and a great place to dive with its beautiful limestone cliffs and great variety of marine life, Schools of snappers, stingrays in the sand, moray eels, turtles and black tip reef sharks to name a few.
3 Dives - 4900 Baht per person
Racha Yai is a good location for all levels of Diver. Mostly clear waters, sand bottoms with coral bommies and an artificial reef. We often see a variety of reef fish here
2 Dives - 4400 Baht per person
Sharkpoint is an open dive site suitable for certified divers as there can be stronger currents here. One pinnacle can be seen just above the surface, the others are submerged. There are colorful soft corals to be seen, nice macro life and if you're lucky you may find a Leopard shark resting in the sand.
Anemone reef starts at approx 5 meters and is covered in anemones around the top and lots of soft corals. Maximum depth 30 meters.
These Dive Sites are visited as part of the 3 dive trip to Phi Phi or the 3 Dive Trip to King Cruiser
In May 1997 the King Cruiser ferry hit anemone reef and sank, landing in an upright position on the sea bed. This is a dive site suitable for advanced divers as the top of the wreck is approx 16 meters and the bottom over 30 meters. Lots of marine life have made the king cruiser home. You can see lion fish, giant barracudas, scorpion fish and much more.
